Q: What happened to lifetime access?

I logged in and it says my plan was cancelled and I needed to pay for one of their plans. This was a scam if my access is not reactivated.

A: Our system monitors account activity, and if an account remains inactive for more than nine months, it will be automatically deactivated. This deactivation only restricts certain features, such as API access. To reactivate your account, please contact our support team at support@swell.is, and they will be happy to assist you.
