A: Hi - thanks for the questions. We are offering more lifetime users while our campaign is active on AppSumo. These users can be purchased through us after you have Tier 4. Once the campaign is over, then if you need extra users you'd need to transition our monthly/annual plan. Our core pricing sometimes changes as we enter this market, so happy to share pricing if you email...
Hi Pawan, for the benefit of the many in the AS community and to promote transparency, kindly provide cost of the extra users (that we can add to Tier 4) here. It should be the same for we all, so this should be the best way to share.
Hi - the current price is $159 for 100 users and $599 for 500. These batches are limited in stock as we want to remain sustainable in the long run. I can't share our monthly/annual pricing here as that's not even public on our website without enquiring - but happy to if you email us.
I'm looking into buying a tool in this space, but when searching on AppSumo, I've come across both Swft Connect and ConnectMachine.
Both seem to operate in the same space, offering very similar features, with Swft Connect potentially being better for team functionalities, while ConnectMachine seems to be stronger in AI features – but that's just my first impression.
As I'm sure other AppSumo users will probably have this question too, can you give me an honest comparison between the two tools?

A: Hey - just checked out connectmachine it looks cool. I'm not familiar since they just look like they launched, but from first glace, like you said we're more focused on team management, white labeling for agencies. Their AI looks good. We're rolling out basically the same shortly too. If its just for solo use then either would be a good choice.
I understand these are completely different solutions for different problems, but hear me out, there are some features on https://me.sh that could be inspiring for Swift as well. What are your thoughts? Am I completely off base?

I think a feature that can be adopted from me.sh is that every person who exchanges contacts with us has a chat feature that allows us to chat within the swftconnect web app. This is an interesting feature for Pawan and the team to review, in my opinion.
