This product was very easy to set up. It looks great on desktop or mobile and has several features for customization. I highly recommend it as an alternative to other digital business cards.

I originally gave this tool a 1-star review due to severe GDPR issues (third-party tracking, US CDNs, ipinfo.io, and Google Fonts loading without consent) and a lack of support response.Today, I am completely revising my review to 5 stars, and here is why:The CEO, Pawan, personally reached out to me, took every single piece of feedback seriously, and handled the situation in the most professional way possible. The team didn't just give empty promises—they immediately went to work and completely refactored the infrastructure to protect EU users.What they changed within days:Zero Third-Party Requests: ipinfo.io is completely gone. Geolocation now happens locally.Self-Hosted Fonts: No more connections to Google servers (googleapis.com). All fonts are locally hosted.No US CDNs: All libraries from Cloudflare, jsdelivr, or unpkg have been moved to their own domain.No Marketing Cookies: The page is now 100% clean before user consent.Permanently Fixed: They even implemented an automated check in their dev pipeline to prevent external trackers from being introduced in future updates.

Yes, the support was slow during their heavy building phase, but the way the founder stepped up, apologized, and fixed the root cause directly based on my feedback is a masterclass in customer relations. There are still a few tiny German translation strings to polish, but the team is actively working on it.

If you are a German or EU-based agency or entrepreneur who was hesitant because of legal certainty and GDPR/TDDDG risks: You can buy with absolute peace of mind now.

I purchased and tested SWFT-Connect because I was explicitly assured beforehand that the tool is GDPR-compliant and does not use any tracking. For professional and legally compliant use in Germany and the EU (considering TDDDG and GDPR), this is absolutely essential.
Unfortunately, the technical reality is quite different. External services and trackers are loaded in the background as soon as the tool is accessed, without any consent (opt-in):

• ipinfo.io (geolocation): reads the user’s IP address and location in the background.

• Google scripts & cookies: loading of Google servers (googleapis.com) sets the tracking cookie _Secure-ENID, among other things.

• Third-country CDNs: connections to US-based CDNs (cloudflare.com, jsdelivr.net, unpkg.com) transmit the IP addresses of European users without permission (serious risk of legal warnings).

On top of that, according to the developer, it’s not even possible to implement a simple consent banner, meaning the platform cannot be legally operated risk-free in the EU as standard.

I’m honestly left with the impression the developer thinks I’m stupid—I can’t figure it any other way. Either they don’t know their own tool and the technology behind it, or they’re not telling the truth. I was genuinely willing to find a solution together and made several constructive suggestions on how to solve this quickly and easily, but the support has completely ignored me for eight days now—no feedback, no proposals for solutions. Instead, I’m bombarded with advertising, even reminders to leave a review—which I have now done.

I want to emphasize again that this is not an individual problem affecting just one person, but demonstrably applies to ALL German users and many others across the EU. I didn’t make the rules and don’t even like them, but I have to comply. Every user is at risk of hefty costs from warnings or regulatory fines here. Furthermore, the German translation is patchy and incomplete, something that was promised to be fixed long ago.

Bottom line: For German or European companies that rely on legal certainty (GDPR), this tool is unfortunately not usable at the current time. It’s a shame given its potential and the poor support. Snippy responses from the developer or simply ignoring the issue because they don’t want to tackle it properly, plus weeks without any reaction, strike me as extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Honestly, I can’t find a more fitting verdict. Many solo developers on AppSumo have already implemented these requirements immediately. Therefore, the team size cannot be used as an excuse for failing to meet fundamental GDPR standards from the ground up.

I was looking for a digital business card and this one fit the bill. I am so glad I was able to get this deal because the product works well, great options, I love that I can do both my companies on it. I had questions and the CEO was so fast and helpful with the help it was awesome. I appreciated it a ton! If this comes back open you need to get it.

Also a huge bonus: the team and founder behind this product are exceptional. They're clearly invested in the platform long-term, regularly rolling out new features and product enhancements. It doesn't feel like a "buy once and forget it" lifetime deal, it feels like it keeps getting better. Easily worth it for any company or individual and an absolutely amazing value at this price point.

I have purchased several linktree/bio builder deals in the past, but Swft Connect is the best in my opinion. While other tools focus on links and profiles, Swft Connect has built a profile platform complete with agency branding, companies, and users. Having been a part of their user community, I've seen how they plan, iterate, and roll out enhancements. They truly place a high value on community feedback.

The tool itself if full of agency configuration settings. The sign-up flow for users is configurable, allowing customers to sign up directly (self-serve mode), by invitation link, or by Admin user creation. The ability to apply branding to all user accounts and/or theme templates per company is the icing on the cake. There are more features coming soon that will make it even easier for us to collect payments. For now, Stripe payment links are working well for us.
