Q: How do I configure OPEN ENDED poll to appear on screen only if I approve it first?
The APPROVE button in Active Poll does not work. Trolls were able able to submit and publicly show negative comments even without our moderator clicking on the APPROVE button.
This is a serious bug. It undermines the moderator's/facilitator's credibility when commenst meant to be hidden goes directly into PRESENTER's screen. We had no choice but to use DELETE button.

A: Hi Sumo-ling,
For the open-ended question moderation, your presentation screen should be set up to show the Approved questions/feedback only.
-Go to the Presentation page -Go to the Settings -Choose to show the Approved, instead of the All
Q: Despite reading the questions, I am still confused as to the structure of the AppSumo plan.
1. Are the number of responses included in the plan monthly? For instance, 1 code = 10,000 responses per month. 2. The Lifetime Deal states it includes the Swift Pro Polling Plan but does not include SMS that is part of the Swift Pro Polling Plan? So this is not really the Swift Pro Polling Plan? And if not, what is the additional fee structure to add SMS?

This deal corresponds to the Interactivity Suite Pro Plan as listed on our website (https://swift.excitem.com/pricing/).
SMS is not supported.
If you need to add SMS, you'd need to create a regular account and purchase one of the plans that support SMS.
Hi Elizabeth - Thanks for the reply. It looks like I'll need to cancel my purchase as I really don't want to manage users/data across multiple accounts. I'd be happy to pay an uplift monthly or annually for the SMS polling based on SMS volume.
