Direct Message, Sell Online, and Tasks are currently in our Business plan tier and aren't bundled into any AppSumo tier, including Tier 4 and Tier 5. That's not a "yet" situation for the AppSumo deal itself; the tier feature lists were locked at launch.

That said, we recognise that AppSumo users at the higher tiers (4 and 5) are some of our most committed customers, and we're open to making one-off arrangements for specific, well-defined needs.

Here's what we can offer:

If you upgrade to Tier 5 and you have a clear use case for Direct Message, Sell Online, or Tasks (or any combination), reach out to support with:

Your AppSumo license code
The specific features you need
A short note on what you're building / how you plan to use them

We'll review each request individually and see what we can do to unlock those for your app. It won't be a blanket "Tier 5 = everything" rule, but for genuine builders with real apps we're willing to make exceptions.

This is a manual process on our end, we'd rather take care of a real user than mass-bundle features and water down the Business plan for everyone else.
