User accounts / login - Yes. Built-in account system with sign-up, login, and customizable profile fields.

Restrict content to paying members - Yes. Our App Access feature lets you lock any page or feature and unlock it via account, access code, or in-app purchase (Apple/Google IAP), so you can gate content to paying members.

Sell courses - Yes, by building it. You create your course as Custom Pages (lessons, video, audio, text), then use App Access + IAP to sell access to it. There is no single "courses" template, but the building blocks are all there.

Upload and stream video - Not as a hosted video service. You host your video files on your own server/CDN and embed/stream them via the Custom Page video block. The platform does not store or stream your video for you.

Upload and stream audio - Same as video: host the audio on your own server and stream it through the app. (We also have a Radio/audio feature for live streams.)

AI assistant from your own documents - Yes. The AI assistant can be trained on your own content/documents and answer from them.

Export source code - Yes. Source code export is available.

Embed Open eLMS or external tools - Yes, anything embeddable via URL/web embed can be placed in a Custom Page (for example an external LMS, forms, or widgets). Deep native integration with a specific third-party SDK is not automatic.

Transfer an app to a client - Not on the AppSumo plan. You can build unlimited apps yourself, but transferring/handing an app to a separate client account is a White-Label (agency) capability, which is a separate plan. Tier 5 does, however, let you add team members to collaborate on your apps.
