Does Tier 2 include a way to test the app on a real iPhone (e.g. via TestFlight or QR code preview) before submitting to the Apple App Store?

I'm not a coder but can SwiftSpeed be used to build an app where people go live using video and have competitions? Where other users can log in and watch two people from different parts of the world do things live on video while getting rated by the end viewer and receive tokens that can be exchanged for money etc? It would be gamified as well.
Would you consider allowing T5 accounts to replace the Swiftspeed branding that appears below each app?
