I can't figure out how to delete shortcuts and they are wreaking havoc when trying to be productive. So much so that I had to disable the chrome extension.
Hi, 2 weeks since I'd posted my original question and no reply? I'd also emailed support at swiftreply but still haven't received a reply either. Are you still supporting this app?
Q: Having problems trying to change the hot key for opening the searchable templates as it is set to SHIFT+L ...
and we are no longer able to type a capital L , we need this resolved ASAP. otherwise we will have to remove the extension and contact appsumo to get a refund. The shortcut were automatically defined when we logged into the app.

Q: We have two problems on the chrome extension : An enormous lag, we have to deactivate it each time because our browser become unusuable.
And second we cannot change the hot key on the admin.
Do you have any info on it ?
