When Functionality Meets Productivity

I purchased, and tested this out yesterday, wrote to support, and got a meeting today(Saturday)

Suffice to say, their support is extraordinary.

So, let's get to the meat of the review: The Good, and some improvements I hope they make.

The Good:
There are 5 things I like:
1. The short code logic!
2. Custom and Input Variable
3. Code Input Section
4. Date and Time Variables
5. The Automation that will hopefully be realized!

1. The logic of actually using the product.  What I mean is: the shortcut goes first and then the quick insert keyboard shortcut.  This might not seem like a big deal, but it really is GENIUS! Think about how many times you made a mistake because you took too long thinking of the shortcut where the command is entered first.  It happens, and it is very annoying!

2. Quickly make canned responses faster than using TypeDesk.  I have TypeDesk and love it, but some features are very manual and takes too much time to set up.  SwiftReply combines the beauty and simplicity of programming, and streamlines it into a VERY simple and easy to use interface in the Custom and Input Variables sections.  Just create it on the spot.  Ok this might not be for everyone, but, for those who understand wasting time making the automation, you'd just have inputted it yourself, SwiftReply makes it super simple.  Enter you response WITH your own formatting, and to create another response, just select the comma.  NOTE: When I spoke to the founder, his did say that he was going to try to find a better option (uncommonly used but easily found, characters and symbols)  This is a game changer!

3. Code Input section: Well it isn't for everyone, but I do appreciate the syntax highlighting.  But not only that but you can embed code into the section. (Mind blown)

4. Date/Time Variables: Similar to custom variables, you can somewhat automate the process, especially when you have to email a report that is time sensitive, or email a followup to a future day to a prospect/lead.  The increment are in days.

5. A lot of cool features are on the pipeline.

Needs Improvements:
1. To create a Workspace, you will have to select the button, selecting enter/return on your keyword will not create a new workspace.  I hope that they allow the enter/return functionality/

2. At this time, it only works on page level and not browser level, which makes sense since it isn't exactly integrated into your computer like desktop apps.  (Which will be coming soon as I understand)

3. There are some bugs in the mobile app, which is apparently device level.  So, hopefully they will find a solution for that.  But, I am hopeful with their beyond amazing support.

Final thoughts:
I think this is a keeper.  Sure, there are bugs, BUT hear me out.  Besides the support, which was amazing, the way the development is going, I can't shale the feeling that I would regret it if I didn't get it.  As mentioned above, I have and use TypeDesk, but it has so many limitations that Sw
