Q: Ability to upgrade ?

If i bought tier one and liked it is there is an ability to upgrade ?
Another questions for tier one how many mailbox i can link for cold emails and how many contacts i can add?

A: Hi,

Yes you can upgrade the license from one tier to another directly from your Appsumo account. You can do so within 60 days of your purchase.

The mailboxes will be tied to the number of team members / users allowed your in your license tier.

Yes indeed, if you need to send more emails that what your plan allows you to, reach out to us and we will give you an add-on basis your requirements. In some cases it may just be easy to allow you upgrade to the next license tier, in other cases where you have to send millions of emails we need to know specifics before we can quote. But yes we definitely offer competitive pricing to early customers.

Q: How many work spaces do you get?

Hello, it says tou get work spaces but my question is how many do you get with plan 1,2 and 3.

What can you do with a workspace? I am rep for multiple stores, they all sell the products but they are independently owned and I need something where I can work leads for each specific location and keep them separated from each other, please let me know if this possible with the workspaces and if so can you name each workspace?

When emails are sent are they through your service or do we have to have our own mail server?

A: Hi,

What you have described is pretty much why you have workspaces. It's a way to separate different businesses or different functions of a business ( Product Users, Partnerships, Sales etc ). Each Workspace can have its own set of contacts, properties, apps, domains, workflows, campaigns etc. Yes you can name each Workspace and instantly switch between them. If you invite team members you can specify which Workspaces they can have access to and limit visibility.

If you are sending marketing emails ( leads who have opted in to receive communication from you ) then they can be sent through our service. For doing cold outreach ( leads you have prospected but haven't signed up to receive emails ), you will have to connect your email accounts to send such emails.

Q: Is it possible to store UTM Records?

Hello!
I’m an ActiveCampaign user.
I use ActiveCampaign on my pages to capture leads using forms.
I store UTM data from my paid traffic campaigns in hidden custom fields within the ActiveCampaign forms.
Is it possible to do this on your platform?

I also use webhook calls to Make, and I currently integrate a lot of things with ActiveCampaign.
Is Swipe One a tool that can fully meet my needs?

A: Hi,

Thanks for considering to switch from Active Campaign. I am sure you will save a lot in doing so. You can create UTM params as contact properties on Swipe One and then send them over from forms and landing pages. We don't have an embedded form feature yet, so you will have to use a 3rd party form like Tally or Jotform or anything other form builder.

Having said this we are working on having an embeddable form that can quickly be used to capture leads based on the contact properties and fields you have defined in our platform. This was a key insight we got from customers to speed up getting the data in to our platform.

We support webhooks, have APIs and we already integrate with Make.com

Can we fully meet your needs? - I am not sure about your current business process and workflows. But I know a lot of customers have made the switch. We can do pretty much all the email marketing and marketing automation they do. The exact features may vary.
