Switchy Questions

I am tracking 4 different areas within the same YouTube video (Description, Comments, Cards, End Screen) pointing to the same destination. When I import them via CSV, Switchy overwrites my custom titles with the page's metadata or the UTM campaign name.

This results in a dashboard full of links with the exact same name, making it impossible to distinguish between them. How can I prevent the...

We want to use this for our agency, we don't want all team members being able to access all links etc..

It's very unclear what you mean..

e.g. if we buy tier 5 .. we'd want that across all our workspaces, not per one workspace.

So.. love the idea of have having this.. but doesn't make sense to have to buy tier 5 multiple times to be able to manager multiple client groups ..

Seem like a real shame, and means you don't have real group / user management for agencies, collaboration groups.. if this is correct..

I am going to do newspaper advertisement. I want leads to scan printed QR code which will redirect to Google forms. I have created QR code using switchy. Will the switchy QR code be able to handle high traffic spike concurrently and redirect to Google forms? Or there can be server overload of switchy.

Hello I need a tool that can manage links to PDF documents that can be updated. So basically we create a link and update regularly the PDF targeted by the link. Can switchy store PDF documents?

Can we put the Smartpage at the root of a domain we have setup?

As seems like we have to assign the website Smartpage to a folder/value, and then use the 404 error to redirect to that value when someone goes to the root, but it then adds to the URL the folder/value, not as clean as being just: domain.com vs domain.com/linkfoldervalue

Let me know if this is possible?
