Customers are all about Switchy, praising its seamless link management, robust analytics, and user-friendly interface. They love the ease of customizing links, adding pixels, and tracking analytics. The platform's efficient link management, custom retargeting links, and QR code generation are also big hits. Some users faced minor delays in SSL issuance and domain setup, but these are just small bumps on the road. Weighing the raves against the occasional grumbles, Switchy is hitting the mark and is a solid buy for those in need of boosting engagement and conversions with custom retargeting links. Plus, with a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth giving it a try.

One of the best apps on Appsumo
It's such an easy and intuitive link shortener. I have switched over from using bit.ly and linktr.ee to using Switchy

Forever, own-your-domain, redirects and QR codes
I'm sure I don't use half of the fancy features in Switchy.
I'm thrilled with what I do know--and what I use.
Mainly, URL redirects where *I* have lifetime editing control (over the destination URL), QR codes (again, with lifetime control edits), and the simple landing pages.
I haven't even gotten into audience retargeting and that fancy stuff.
I'm already happy with the basics!

Simple to use and works brilliantly.
I bought Switchy to have permalinks for my promo offers. Every feature I tried out worked right off the bat. So I upgraded, twice. So far, the product looks to be stable and works as intended. Aiming to add additional website sub-domains now, and begin ads with Switchy links.

Long story short : a must
I used bit.ly and rebrandly. So far, I found far more way to personalise and track things using Switchy: thanks a lot!

Needs improvement
I’ve experienced recurring issues with shortening links, especially when those are links to PDFs.This has been a persistent problem for a while and needs to be addressed.
I haven’t experienced any issues with custom domains, and the SmartPage feature has worked flawlessly so far.
Overall, I still recommend the app—it’s a reliable tool despite the link issue.
