Hello,
I would like to better understand what is included in the “Fully available” features of the plan.
Could you please explain in more detail what is included for:
Brand voice
Humanize content
AI model selection
Also, regarding the “AI model selection” feature, could you specify which AI models are currently available in the platform?
For example, does it include models such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.?
And regarding the “BYOK supported” option, does this mean we need to provide our own API keys (Bring Your Own Key) in order to use those models?
Or are some models already included in the subscription without needing our own API keys?

For Tier 3, “Fully available” means these features are available directly in the tier, whether you use our default AI access or your own supported key (BYOK).
1. Brand Voice
This is for text content generation. It helps keep the writing in your preferred tone, style, wording, and personality based on your sample content.
In Tier 3, you can create unlimited brand voices and train each one with up to 50,000 characters of your existing content/style.
2. Humanize Content
This rewrites content to sound more natural, polished, and less robotic.
It can be used on content generated in Syllabbles and also on pasted external content.
3. AI Model Selection
This lets you choose from the available supported AI models/providers for generation.
Currently supported providers include:
OpenAI
Gemini
DeepSeek
Claude / Anthropic
Elevenlabs (BYOK-only)
On BYOK: yes, it means Bring Your Own Key.
That means you can connect your own supported API keys if you want.
But on Tier 3, you do not need your own keys to use these features. Some models/features are already available through our included access. BYOK is simply there as an optional extra layer of flexibility and control.
So in simple terms:
Tier 3 = features available with our access or your own supported key
BYOK = optional, not required on Tier 3
