A: Yes, SyncSignature is made to be used for multiple companies under a single account. You can create multiple workspaces and add separate teammates for each workspace, invite them and then assign Manager role to relevant people that can manage their entire workspace.

This may seem obvious but can you please explain this feature and why it's not available in Tier 1? By nature of this product aren't all fields Editable user details?
Thanks for the question. Editable user details mean teammates can also be able to add their details on their own and they don’t have to rely on central management- of course, this is something an admin can control.
The feature is for teams using the platform together and hence it is not available on Tier 1. As an individual user, you can edit all the fields, yes. Hope that answers...

Q: Signature design features & handling of 'dark mode'
1) Can SyncSignature create more complex signature designs than what is shown in the 'templates' of your home page? For example, signatures with non-white background, company logomark as well as a headshot, and custom fonts?
