I have read a few negative feedbacks about SyncSpider, and I don’t think it’s fair. I have been using it for two and a half years, and I don’t have to worry about my automations. The platform’s availability is outstanding. I can understand that some may find it not as easy to use as Pabbly or Zapier, but I find it very powerful once you understand how to use it. SyncSpider allows me to send automatic SMS from my phone and connect to Twilio. It also allows me to write and update everywhere I need.

The reliability of SyncSpider is priceless. It is one of my top choices, and I am confident that the software’s solidity brings them monthly subscriptions.

Cherry on the cake! Amazing support and SyncSpider desktop. Every sale done online is synchronized with the local database located on my LAN. Even my LAN is automated using merge functions in Microsoft Word! They are the only ones to provide this service.

At last, a professional deal for professionals, and it’s rare.

I have been trying to use SyncSpider for nearly two years, and I have to admit that the learning curve for this tool is quite steep. While I can see its potential as a robust and versatile automation tool, its user interface is not the most intuitive, which makes the process of setting up and managing tasks feel like an uphill battle.

One of the key issues I have encountered is the lack of comprehensive and easily accessible walkthroughs or tutorials. For a tool as complex as SyncSpider, guidance for users, especially those who might not have a strong technical background, is essential. Simple, step-by-step guides that walk a user through each feature and process would be invaluable and likely result in a much more user-friendly experience.

I strongly feel that the developers need to invest time in creating more educational content - whether that be video tutorials, webinars, FAQs, or detailed user guides. This could enable ordinary users, like myself, to fully embrace and unlock the capabilities of this tool.

In its current state, I find myself struggling to navigate the software, often feeling lost and frustrated rather than empowered to streamline and automate my workflows.

I hope that the SyncSpider team takes this feedback to heart. There is great potential here, but the tool needs to be made more approachable and user-friendly for it to be a viable solution for a wider audience.

Also web hooks are not so intuitively like Pably or Zapier.

I’m really struggling to make Syncspider useful to my use cases but I’m constantly hitting a wall.

I mean: can’t use the MySQL connector because it’s a WIndows only app. Now I can’t integrate it because there’s no integration for the apps I’m using and Custom Integrations are limited to other plans… Why?

This one is absurd, to be honest. Couldn’t you just limit the use in the Tasks? I was not aware that this app would be so crippled when I took the AppSumo offer.

I love the deals on Appsumo but I've ran into issues when there is a limitation that is under development. The perfect fix is getting these apps or software platforms to connect to each other filling in the gaps. For example, I have Live Webinar but the ecommerce feature is not available for Sumolings. Syncspider fixes that with their integration of Live Webinar and Woocommerce! I have Flowlu and Plutio and now with Syncspider I can use the best of both worlds. Keeping my clients in the Plutio app while managing their billing with Flowlu. This is the deal of a lifetime. Zapier is way too expensive for the amount of development our team is doing. So I wanted to post this thank you to the Syncspider team! I stacked 5 codes and Sycnspider gets 5 jumbo Tacos from me. Keep up the great work and I look forward to what's in store for the future.
