Q: In the License Tier 4 (30 users), how are guest users counted? Are clients/viewers included in the 30 users or not?
Is there any separate unlimited-viewer option or free viewer slot for clients?

Guest users are not counted as team members (paid user seats). They are unlimited and can be assigned to board or project. But they have very limited rights. They can only see board (or projects) task and leave comments
