eddy80Q: Integration with Zapier & Inviting Guests (Clients)
Hi is Zapier integration coming? I like to link up my cold email marketing software to Asana so that any leads I get are added as tasks, so it would be useful to do this with t0ggles too.
Also, can we invite guests for free? Or do we have to pay for them as 'team members'?
I like to add my clients to my project boards so that they can see my workflow and ask questions as well as request new tasks.
Is this possible or is it coming?

Zapier integration is in plans. But for now t0ggles has API to add tasks, and there is a Webhook available on Zapier, so you can already use them together via API
Right now we have public boards/projects feature. And guest users with the ability to view tasks and leave comments are this week to t0ggles

I was also wondering if there are plans to add a 'my tasks' section that will display all tasks across all project boards?
In focus mode I am able to see all my tasks within 1 client board, but it would be nice to have full visibility if i'm working on multiple client projects at once. Thank you

Also in plans. But one of the t0ggles' main features is to have multiple projects per board, so you cal put all (or most of) your client's projects into same board to have the whole picture at a glance

Appreciate that but it makes more sense to separate clients per project board like your demo. It means that I can work on multiple projects per client within the board, rather than mixing projects up from different clients in the same board.

Yeah, that is what meant. I think then I didn’t get your initial question correctly. Yes, you are flexible here having the board dedicated to single client, where each project is a that client’s project. Or you have a board where each board project is a separate client. So yes, some kind of workspace that shows tasks assigned to you from different boards is in plans
