This is really nice! Love it.

One problem I'm seeing (and others are too) is delays in sync

• it takes several minutes for a board to become visible to a Guest; meanwhile they get an error message

• Suggest a Task: when approved likewise does not reflect in the Guest UI

• Subtasks also do not show up

I've found that having the Guest reload the browser tab brings everything in. That should help you identify the issue.
