does one user means one team member i can add. 1)and also what is the storage limit and 2)what does archive means and
3)also does every task contains a live chat feature where we chat.

Amount of users means total amount of users in your team including yourself. So in 1 user plan you won't be able to invite anyone.
1) We don't limit storage, there is currently a file limit size around 70 mb
2) Archive means that after you archive your tasks or projects, they stay archived until automatically deleted after 60 days. You can of course manually delete them earlier
3) Each task contains comments section where you and your team member can leave comments :)
