Incredibly Simple to Use:

Privacy Issues Documented: Some projects show publicly even when set to private, which is a concerning privacy problem being reviewed.

Board Loading Performance: Boards sometimes take significant time to load (reports of 5-10 minutes), which disrupts workflow.

Limited Documentation: Not enough clear documentation or FAQ explaining how features work, requiring experimentation or contacting support for basic information.

Very Limited Integrations: Only GitHub and Figma connect—no Slack, email, calendar tools, or other common business software that competitors offer.

Very easy to use.i am able to download to my phone and see everything I see on the web version. What I love is the trello -like interface, very quickly I can add task for each project and see what's are all the projects I am currently have. Very affordable in comparison to other AI Project management app I see on here.

Questions: what is a support email to contact support?

How does the AI feature work?

Does the app integrate with my real calendar(s)?

Can I set up webhook to connect with other apps?

Could you please reply?

Can we manage different companies/clients in parralel?

current issues:
- no app, web app is not usable on phones
- web app on desktop/laptop is poorly designed. lots of useless space. poor ux/ui
- ai generation of tasks is still a miss and in most cases pointless.
- no way of training the toggles platform or connecting your own AI via API

Absolutely love the project management system. It takes out all the rubbish and gets down to the root of what you're trying to achieve. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

It's been a struggle to find a simple project management system which was worth the leap from a Google spreadsheet, using the AI to transfer the projects across has been super quick and intuitive requiring very little effort. Migration has been a breeze.

Crystal-clear, no training required for team members. They just jump on and understand it. Great design, great UI - exactly what we're looking for. This project really solves a problem which it conquered with simplicity

Extremely happy with the purchase. I told my business partner that it is £170/month for 30 users to see if he could see the value in it. After whipping up a sample project, he was happy to pay that - his socks were knocked off when he realised it was 170 for life time
