I was concerned about finding some easy task management tool for ages. But when I tried t0ggles, I must say it made my life much easier. With simple UI and no nonsense approach, I am so far able to complete my pending tasks atleast 5 times faster than ever. Thank you for this wonderful product.

Compared to other well-known task management tools, this app offers a simple and intuitive layout that’s easy to use. The UI is also quite impressive. At first, I really liked that aspect—but as I continued using it, I encountered numerous bugs.

1. Task ID numbering issues
1-1. When creating a nested task using a task from another project, the numbering was incorrect.
1-2. When creating multiple tasks on the board, the numbering sometimes skipped (e.g., from 3 to 5).
2. Subtask list not visible in deeply nested tasks
3. Unable to reorder images in the rich text editor — this was quite inconvenient.
4. Feedback page inaccessible — when I tried to report these bugs on https://t0ggles.com/feedback, a JSON parsing error prevented me from accessing the page.

If you’re considering purchasing this app for business use, please note that it’s not yet reliable enough. For personal task management, it’s still unstable, though affordable enough to try out casually.

Although many users have left positive reviews, I personally found too many bugs—even within just two hours of use—to leave a favorable review myself.

I sincerely hope to see improvements in future updates.

As someone who hates Notion, Slack, Monday & Co. due to their over-complexity and dadaesque communication, I nevertheless have to lead a small team every day.

So, when I saw T0ggles, I liked the first-view simplicity, which behind that offers a lot more on-top features, but only if and when you need them. Additionally, as someone who needs a certain kind of "frontend beauty" to be attached to my SaaS stuff long-term, I especially liked the simple yet sophisticated branding and design options.

But the best thing is: T0ggles is far from being an MVP and already serves as my daily team manager - but of course there will be a lot more features coming. Features that we as users can propose and polish together with the founder and his team, which I found as very friendly, interested and super-responsive.

So... if you belong to those who still miss Taco from Trello, stick with it. Everyone else should have a look at T0ggles, word up.

As many others have already mentioned, this is a superior task and project management webapp. It is definitely not a beta product and has the contours of a well oiled machine.

I believe I can use T0ggles as my main project workflow tool for the following reasons:

1) It is intuitive enough. You can get started from the get go for basic project management.

2) The in-built AI is robust - you explain a task in your own words and it creates a detailed list of subtsaks along with the main task.

3) Linking tasks, assigning people, due dates, and the whole gamut is really easy, and more importnatly nicely visualised from the main task card itself.

4) Views include boards, Gantts, list, calendar and a Notes functionality.

What I am unclear about + would like to see:

1) Is there a way we can provide context for the workspace or at a project level? For example, I would like to upload files and other context about Project 1(a productivitry app) I am working on so that the AI-tasks created builds off that context rather than me having to reiterate it each time?

2) Are notes meant for my own references? Is that the equivalent of 'comments' in a Jira task? Are notes public to workspace members? Can Notes be translated into a task after collaboration?

3) When I click on Board Settings, I am only able to view a condensed version - words are wraped (e.g Only Pr... shows for Properties, R.. for Reastions). Could it a browser level issue? I use Comet by Perplexity.

4) Whilst it is intuitive to get started, I feel I haven't explored the entire capabilities of Toggles. A doc/ FAQ section would be appreciated here.
