I was looking forward to using this product. Confused. Can't figure out how to start. only documentation is written in ai text for computers. can't find a video walkthrough. tried to contact support but only gives the option to open outlook. I don't use outlook. no way to contact support. can't find any video walkthroughs anywhere else either.
