Q: Chart of Accounts
Purchased tier 3. Having problems with creating new accounts and Tabby refuses to update names. Then after entering JE debiting the liability account and crediting the bank account, there no way to match it. I tried entering it in to unmatched/suspense account and still not sure how to match it, it doesn’t show in the list. I emailed to support but nobody answered in a few days. Please help.

Chart of Accounts and Updating Names: With Tier 3, you have the ability to create custom accounts and categories. If the system is refusing to update a name, please try refreshing your browser or checking your internet connection. If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could send a screenshot to [email protected] so our developers can investigate the display bug.
Matching: Advanced AI bookkeeping on Tier 3 does allow you to access and create journal entries.

You report that "With Tier 3, you have the ability to create custom accounts and categories." and " Tier 3 does allow you to access and create journal entries." Do the lower tiers also offer these features? I would like these features, but otherwise Tier 2 meets my needs.
