Q: I can't find any support information. Could you please assist me?

Hello,
I tried your application which overall seems good.

However, I encountered 2 major issues.
1) the automatic categorization doesn't work well. Even when I change the categorization and request a category change for similar items, it doesn't apply. eg, even with something as simple as bank charges, I had to correct it manually over 20 times.
2) more significant issue is that out of 256 entries on my bank statement, only 105 were downloaded. I'm not sure if I made a mistake or if there's a problem with the software.

3) Lastly, I can't find any support information. There's no email for support that I can see. Could you please assist me?

Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback on the app. I’m sorry to hear you’re running into these frustrations, but I’m happy to help clarify how these features work.

1) Automatic Categorization While Tabby learns from your changes, some specific transaction descriptions can be tricky for the system to group automatically. We are constantly improving our logic, but for now, if the bulk update isn't catching every instance, Please Contact support@usetabby.com so we can look into it for further investigation

2) Missing Transactions This is usually due to limitations set by the banks via Plaid. Some banks only allow us to pull the last 60 to 90 days of transactions automatically. For any entries older than that (like the remaining entries in your statement), you will need to upload them manually. It is very easy—just upload your PDF statement directly into Tabby, and it will process the rest!
