Q: Inaccurate transaction classification
We previously purchased Tabby Tier 3 via AppSumo but requested a refund due to frequent transaction mis categorization. We found the AI’s accuracy to be unreliable at the time. Has there been significant progress in Tabby’s categorization engine since then? Specifically, what improvements have been made to ensure transactions are identified and coded correctly?

But here is one thing: whenever you start to use an AI, no matter which problem it's going to solve, you have to give it enough information or baseline data. Though our AI has enough data on general business transactions, most of the transactional data doesn't get mixed up from one business to another.
If you give it enough info, it will be able to do this categorization by itself. But when you start those accounting processes, most of the time it’s not categorized perfectly right away—I agree with you on that.
