Professional Plan & Tier 3 Access You are not locked out of any part of the Professional plan. In fact, License Tier 3 is our most comprehensive option and maps directly to the full Professional plan. While Tier 1 corresponds to our Standard features, Tiers 2 and 3 are designed to give you the complete Professional experience. By choosing Tier 3, you get:
-Unlimited Annual Expenses (No caps on your business growth).
-Unlimited Linked Bank & Credit Card Accounts.
-Up to 10 Users (Perfect for bringing in your team or your accountant).

Basic AI vs. Advanced AI I understand the confusion—it's essentially a "best of both worlds" setup.

Basic AI Bookkeeping: This is the core engine included in all plans. It handles the fundamental heavy lifting, such as automated GL-based bookkeeping and general transaction categorization.

Advanced AI: Included in Tier 3, this adds a more sophisticated layer of intelligence.
