Customer service is good - product will get there
Customer support is very active and they kill the bugs pretty fast so the developers are good, however the software is very much still developing.
Some of the issues are tied to such basic incorrect accounting formulas that I really don't believe there are any actual accountants working at this company.
I'll update the star rating once I can stop reporting bugs and everything works as advertised.

Accounting is important. Think twice.
I really wanted to love this app. The concept of Tabby—AI-assisted bookkeeping—is excellent, but unfortunately, the product just isn’t ready yet.
I spent quite a bit of time customizing and setting up my chart of accounts to match what I use in Zoho Books. After importing a large number of transactions, I was initially excited, but that excitement quickly faded.
The app has too many bugs—categories in the chart of accounts revert to their original names, I’m frequently logged out, and the OTP often arrives late. It all adds up to a frustrating experience.
Having run my own business for over 25 years, I know reliability matters. I’m not comfortable trusting something as critical as bookkeeping to an app that still feels unstable.
Just my two cents—your mileage may vary.

Simple and Effective AI Accounting SAAS for Small Businesses
I purchased another AI accounting SAAS on App Sumo previously but there were too many limitations like number of bank/card accounts that could be connected and they didn't even offer a full accounting solution. I gave Tabby a shot right before they left App Sumo and so glad I did. I am blown away by this accounting solution. Even though it is only a few years old it is feature rich and the easiest accounting software I have ever used. For the first time in my life I see myself spending only a few minutes a week on accounting and my books will be close to auto-pilot. In a few months once the AI completely learns my vendors and expense categories hopefully it will be 100% on autopilot. Tabby Customer service is extremely responsive. I found a small bug involving the download of PDF bank statements and deleting duplicate transactions and the issue was fixed within 48 hours. It looks like they are shipping out frequent updates. This team is building something special with this product. Thank you for building such an intuitive accounting solution tailored to small businesses.

Regarding multiple workspaces - you can already create and manage multiple businesses under one login. Each business runs in its own separate workspace to keep the bookkeeping clean and organized. Since accounting data can’t be mixed between businesses, each workspace requires its own plan.

When I buy an LTD I want to make sure that the developer is all in on their project, that the roadmap is full, that bugs are quickly addressed, that features are regularly pushed, and that customer service is top-notch. Tabby has all of these, and I have 2 licenses for 2 different businesses. I love how it is so easy to switch between the 2 and how easy it is to categorize. Those who gave up on this tool too soon will be disappointed later. Glad I found it when I was looking.
