I am a previous spreadsheet user. For my service based business I needed a software I can connect all my credit cards and checking accounts so I have 6 accounts in total and I linked them in Tabby, for 4 of them it pulled all the transaction for the full year and for two of them, the bank had a limitation and it would not give us more than 90 day of transactions so I went ahead and uploaded the PDF. I’ll tell you the PDF upload function is such an amazing feature and unlike other software where you have to like wait till the next day until the PDF is processed in Tabby it takes  a couple minutes.

After I linked everything uploaded the PDFs, I left it and then came back the next day in about 75% of the transactions were categorized .

I reviewed the rest and I also made some custom categories because some of the categorization wasn’t what I wanted, but it wasn’t too bad.

Based on looking at some tutorials, the fact that I did the review work already I noticed the transactions after that were getting automatic categorized so I think this is gonna save me a huge amount of time.

Anyone else in the service base business, this is a super affordable option to purchase an accounting software and use it to keep track of all your income and expenses almost automatically.
