I see the potential
I recognize the potential of this platform, however, I initially intended to use it for personal purposes, which has proven to be quite challenging. I encountered several issues while connecting my account often experiencing errors, and even when the connection was successful, transaction data failed to plot correctly. The account balance was also inaccurate, the data still hasn't plotted. I really wish there were more options available for personal use, similar to what QuickBooks offers. Additionally, the AI categorization was somewhat inaccurate, even after I attempted to upload a sample statement.
I can see the potential, and I genuinely want to embrace it, but the bugs are creating a sense of uncertainty for me.
Please provide the option to view data for this month and allow us to customize the dashboard. For instance, I would like to use it for personal purposes, so I would prefer to remove the pending invoice section from the dashboard.

We primarily designed Tabby for small businesses and solopreneurs, but we recognize the significant potential in various other sectors. We value your opinion and will definitely consider how we can allow users to moderate the dashboard and track personal expenses more effectively.
Regarding the inaccurate account balance, this usually happens because the beginning balance needs to be set up manually. For categorization, the AI sometimes needs a bit of guidance; once you manually categorize a few similar transactions, it learns and automates the rest.
As a new product, we admit there is currently a lack of training materials, and users often have to figure things out themselves. We aim to make Tabby as user-friendly as possible and will work on providing more resources soon.
