Love the app but not ready (YET!) for UK which roadmap says will be in 2026

First things first. Love this app. And the responses from the support team have been really prompt and helpful. So top tacos for the app itself....

BUT, as others have said, and the developers have also made very clear, this is for US companies.

I like a challenge, so thought I would still give it a good go and see if I could make it work for me in the UK. Quickly hit first hurdle. There did not seem a way to sync European banks as the connected list only included US banks. Although Plaid (Tabby's 3rd part bank sync provider) DO include my bank in their official Euro list there does not seem a way to access it via Tabby. But as the support team said, there are other workarounds. I could use the app without the bank sync and just upload statements as csv or pdf. Both worked great. Super impressive and such a time saver. For my tiny non profit maybe this software was finally going to be the answer!

Then....oh dear. The dates auto converted into US format (of course they would as it is designed for US companies). So 2nd November (2/11) became 11th February (11/2) etc in the order, search ability and reports etc. Now I am asking myself whether to keep this and see if the developers do indeed hit the roadmap to bring this brilliant app to UK and Europe in 9-12 months or just cut my losses now and look elsewhere. Pondering...

If I was in US it would be a no brainer for me....

Thank you for your thoughtful review. You're absolutely right. We've started with full US support because we believe that once we master it here, expanding to other major countries like Canada, the UK, and Europe will be much smoother. With this in mind, we've set our roadmap. Since you're getting this amazing lifetime deal, I suggest keeping it and waiting for our international expansion. You'll have access anyway, and honestly, we may never offer this deal again.
