I am interested in buying License Tier 5, but I want to know the following:
1. I am glad that Tactful.ai supports the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages. Would you please provide me with sample demo websites that use the Tactful.ai platform for both the English & Arabic languages? I need to test both languages on a live website please.
2. I am currently looking into the tawk.to Knowledge Base service: https://www.tawk.to/software/knowledge-base/. Can I use the Tactful.ai platform to create a dedicated Help Center Knowledge Base on both LTR & RTL languages similar to the following sample pages that were created by the tawk.to platform:

3. Any plans to integrate with vBout, WishPond, INBOX, and KonnectzIT platforms? (All AppSumo Apps)
4. Does the Tactful.ai platform have a WordPress Plugin?

1. Here is one of the major retail brands in Egypt that uses our platform in Arabic "RTL"
https://www.elarabygroup.com/ar also if your visitor chats in English, the bot will turn automatically in English and vice versa.
2. Currently we support a knowledge base within the chat area, however we are launching our Knowledge base portal that you can publish on your website like tawk.to Knowledge Base. all AppSumo will receive all updates including this one.
3. We have KonnectzIT, vBout, SyncSpider and other AppSumo platforms in our roadmap, but we didn't setup an ETA for them yet.
4. We are working on our WP plugin, however adding our snippet to the WP is fairly easy.
5. We are working constantly on improving our widget's speed performance.
