I’m not sure how to check where to find the conversations that come in through email. It isn’t clearly labeled or I’m missing it. Can you let me know?

Regarding the emails, you will find all the emails on the agent desktop under the incoming or all conversation filter. Also, we need to clarify that the email channel was in maintenance so you might have some instability with it but you can check again now, it should work well.

There's no help files on your website. I've been unable to use this since I bought it. Very disappointing! It should be easy to use and the UX/UI is difficult to understand where I should even go to add an email address to get emails through the help desk. It's past the refund period now and I still haven't gotten it up and working. I'll be looking for a different solution for help desk. I should have tried this out before purchasing.
