Looking for a tools to replace tidio. I guess tactful has most of the features of tidio but for mobile app and email autoresponder.

Yes mobile App will be made available to AppSumo once released. We will also add all of the following channels types
- Webchat
- Facebook Messenger
- Facebook Comments
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Instagram
- iOS/Android SDK
- Twitter
- SMS
The first 4 are now available. The rest will be added one by one āin the same orderā starting with email by end of October.
Tiers 3 and 4 allows you to connect any number of channels to the same dashboard, while Tiers 1 and 2 give one channel per type
