[Mo, in social media such as FB, IG, WhatsApp, Twitter, we will send the message to the platform and it will deliver it when the customer goes back online. These platforms put restrictions on the period you can respond after the user's last message and how many times you can do this to avoid abusing it for marketing purposes.
For web, we don't cache undelievered messages in case customer is offline, we are working on an elegant solution for this in the next few months.
You can always contact customers using email or SMS if you can't reach them on any chat platform and get them back on your prefered channel of communication, we will put some automated workflows to help you do this seamlessly.]

We automatically send a validation code to The user by using another platform, but the bot asks for that code prompting the user to insert its name and email. Finally Zapier will create an account in the app sending an email to the user. Congrats! Got it?
Ah I see, technically our automation engine will help you do all of the authentication scenarios till the point that you have verified the user and you can use the APIs to instruct the external system to create the account.

Thank you for the detailed replies. I see you want to move in the same direction Twilio Connect. I am familiar with Twilio Studio and so on. I am interested in this deal because we are power users thatās the reason I mentioned on my first post the features we are looking for will be only available in 2022. Having said this we can go with tier 3 but to buy more codes in advance to be a partner does not seem much fair since we have not seen it yet. Do you comprehend? Thatās why I asked what would be the solution in the future for those interested in as agency
