As a solopreneur, I need all the help I can get. The single task that takes up most of my time is answering customer messages.

I have been searching for a helpdesk for several months, but have not been able to find one that meets all of my needs, including:

- Omnichannel inbox (email and social media)
- Integration with Shopify
- Chatbot
- Knowledgebase

Not only does Tactful.ai have everything I need (or will soon), but they also have AI that helps customers get their answers quickly. This is helpful for the times that I am not available to answer customers directly. It also helps future VAs by suggesting responses.

There may be some hesitation that Tactful does not have some essential features currently available (ie email integration). Keep in mind that Tactful is an established, mature platform currently servicing corporate accounts, and is expanding its services to small and medium businesses. The needs for a small/medium business are significantly different than their current corporate customers (which include Cisco, Burger King, and Fairmont Hotels). Given their impressive corporate presence, I feel comfortable going all-in on Tactful as they work to develop a small business friendly platform. I don't mind waiting a few months for what is sure to be the best chatbot/helpdesk on the market!
