Fast-forward, I decided to purchase Tactful on AppSumo and give it a whirl! Firstly, I highly suggest newcomers to sign up for their webinar to get a good overview of the product itself.

They have a good number of resources to help set up too, though it will take me some time to get used to it. Based on my experience so far, I am quite pleased with the platform workflow and processes. Tactful has potential to grow even bigger!
