Are not in our language/currency and do not keep what they promise
We really regret that we had not tried this tool in time before the refund period had expired.
We cannot use this tool, partly because it does not contain our language (Danish) and thus also not our exchange rate (DKK).
For these two points alone, this is completely useless to us.
In addition, TactfulAI doesn't even keep what they promise about the communication channels that MO writes about all the way back, to September 11, 2021 – quote:

Of this otherwise promising list, only Facebook, WebChat and Email are available.
And in our account, we see that “Monthly Whatsapp Customers” are already exhausted with 100% spent? And that's without us setting up the WatsApp channel. This must be a bug.
Conclusion:
In the AppSumo presentation (and video), this all-in-one, AI-powered omnichannel customer support platform looked absolutely stunning. Therefore, unfortunately, we thought that it was just the right thing for us, but unfortunately not:
I’ve purchased a Tier2 license to no avail, which for the above reasons – mostly due to the language limitation – we can't use for anything.
So now we just regret that we didn't get to test the tool before the refund period expired.
