I've recently taken over a website in addition to the two I already own - so I started searching for an alternative similar to ZenDesk when I came across this Tactful LTD - talk about timing!

I had visions dancing in my head of coordinating between 3 'support' emails plus everything else I had to deal with. And getting it in someone's hands. I started looking into ZenDesk when someone said they used it. It looked like a good option, possibly missing a few features that would be nice - but also getting expensive as I add more email addresses and users.

See, in addition to the businesses I own (each with their own 'support' email) I am launching two courses and one ebook in the coming weeks. And if you've ever launched courses before, you know the craziness that can ensue with questions, returns, upgrades, etc.

But - instead of the stressful nights tossing and turning worried about what was to come, Tactful AI had me dreaming of rainbows and cotton candy. I'm anxiously awaiting the email channel feature to go live (very soon, I hear) as that's my main focus, but all of the other channels that are possible helps me plan my future roadmap as well. And while you can only have one workspace you can have multiple brands (complete with diffferent logos and names, so you nor your clients will get confused) which is just awesome.

And don't even get me started about how great the AI chat, ticketing system, and management system.

All-in-all, it's not too often I have zero regrets buying something from day one, but I am ecstatic that I found this deal when I did. It's going to save me (and my employees) so much time and headache.
