Powerful WebChat experience
It took nearly 30 minutes from thinking of adding web chat to having one on our website.
Moreover, I had a live web chat with a member of customer success to assist and enrich our web chat.
There are plenty of features that I can use for our website and give me more use cases.
The AI model is really easy to use, however it provides a lot of power to WebChat.
I appreciate the team's passion and support, which is available via multiple channels of communication.
My concern is that the product has very powerful tools and features, but the interconnections and logical flow need to be enhanced in order to make it easier for normal users to use.
There are a few important customizations that require investment, such as quick menu buttons and lead forms.
The tutorials and videos need to be tailored to different use cases and channels
I informed the team with these inputs, and they assured me they had addressed them and they are on their short-term road map, so they will be available soon.
As a result, I purchased the product!

I totally understand the concern regarding the completeness of documentation and the gaps in the UX that could cause some confusion while configuring the product.
The product has been built initially for enterprise customers with complex requirements so the depth of the features is very steep and when we decided to offer it on AppSumo we had to do lots of UX focused improvements to optimize as a self-service product. We know there are lots yet to improve and we will continue to do this over the coming months.
