UX needs lots of improvement

I had troubles onboarding. I created a workspace and when clicked on the workspace I got the message "workspace maxed-out".
I sent an email to support on 5th Jan, Im yet to receive an reply after 5 days today.
I booked for a demo on 5th Jan got a reply on same day and I sent few dates for demo date/ time and no reply to my response after 5 days too from their account manager. Quite disappointing.
I've been ghosted out on their dashboard and by their support.

I have purchased "License Tier 3" for Tactful. Sorry guys I have to get a refund.
