Q: Cannot download shorts for other social media platforms
Hi, it is not possible to download the created shorts if the respective Youtube channel has not been connected to Taja. I want to use the shorts for other social media platforms. Can you please make it possible to download the created shorts without connecting a Youtube channel. Thank you.
Thanks for the note. Unfortunately in order for you to download shorts you have to connect your account in order to verify that you are the channel owner. This is a policy put in place by one of our API partners to ensure that the right content that is owned by the customer is being repurposed.
Q: Have Thumbnails Improved Recently?
I read a couple reviews from May explaining that the thumbnail generation was not quite where it needed to be. What improvements have been made since then?
A: Thanks for the note. We have made updates to our thumbnail generation model. We also added a new development where if you have a talking head video we will extract emotional facial stills from it and include it in your thumbnail. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi, could you please tell me the monthly limit for shorts with 4 codes? Also, is there a process in place to improve the shorts videos in a short term? Thank you.
Thanks for note. With 4 codes your can generate unlimited amount of shorts. Each long form video generates about 6-8 shorts per video. We are working hard now to improve our shorts. Let us know if you have any questions.
