Fed up with this app & their terrible support
Wasted money on this app that no longer works, Ive sent them multiple emails for a year now on fixes and bugs yet they have done nothing to improve this app, its only gotten worse and has become unusable. What has happened to the money we invested into this product? If this tool comes back dont buy it because its no longer usable and seems to have been abandoned.

They Cashed In and Abandoned the Product
The app seemed incredible at first, but the reality has been disappointing. Development has basically stopped. It's advertised that the Bulk Scheduling feature can schedule months of content, but it can't even handle a week.
Every time I reach out to the founder, he gives me the same excuse: the team is busy. Meanwhile, the roadmap hasn't been updated since the AppSumo deal was completed—no new features have been added. Videos take longer to process and optimize.
Honestly, it feels like they're abandoning the app, and it's only a matter of time before they stop supporting it. This raises concerns for current users about the app's long-term viability. I should've been more careful before purchasing the highest tier. 😕

One of the service providers we use to host our servers is running into issues which is causing product issues. We have been making a complete overhaul to change our infrastructure which is why we have not been releasing features as quickly as we normally do as...

The website is taking forever to log in, is there anything wrong? Read from other videos, that the LTD had disappeared? What is commited and not delivered? ... Is Appsumo doing anything to keep quality reseller in the system? Appsumo , we trust you and thus please only bring in the quality SAAS people into your network than just try to be LTD and later turn their words back.

Dissapointing
After using Taja for months overall successfully - the product has tanked and customer support is non existent. I see they are no longer on App Sumo - is this just a way to push those of us with LTD away? The most recent reviews seem to echo this. Too bad. When it worked - it worked.
