I purchased the Unlimited plan, but suddenly it stopped working entirely.

At first, the performance was sluggish, and occasionally short video generation would fail for some reason (though it would fix itself if I waited or tried again), so aside from a few minor issues, I was able to use it normally.

However!!

One day, it suddenly stopped generating Japanese content properly. I contacted support, and they told me they would fix it. I thought it was resolved, but then it stopped generating videos altogether again.

Even now, generating short videos in Japanese is not working properly.

They claim they are working on something like a large-scale database migration, but it has already been over two months that I haven't been able to use the service properly.

If this continues, I have no choice but to declare that Taja is a fraudulent company.

Perhaps Taja intends to keep selling, fail to provide a proper service, continue making vague excuses, and then just run away with the money.

The fact is, I haven't been able to use this service properly for several months now. Support has also practically stopped responding. I think this is a huge problem.

Is Appsumo really going to let a company like this get away with it?

My trust in them is hitting rock bottom.

I'm not making any special demands.
I just want the service to work as it should.

Please fix it immediately.
