Big Waste of Money and Time
I have had problems from the start with this software. Almost every time there is a delay. I have had to delete and resubmit things over and over.
When it works it's good but it's few and far between.
Now it seems like it's just down. I keep getting "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again or contact support if the issue persists."
It has done nothing but "persisted." Big waste of money that has cost me a lot of time.

We are working on bringing this in house and it is taking time as this is a big project. We expect this to be resolved by Tuesday and your videos to be able to optimize/generate shorts without interruption. We appreciate your patience during this time.
