Disappointed After 2+ Years of Broken Promises on Key Features

I purchased 4 codes of Taja back in 2023-24 and selected the full high package with the intention of using this for our team's content management. While I loved the concept initially and would have given 5 tacos, I'm deeply disappointed with how the platform has evolved over the past 2+ years.

CURRENT SITUATION & EXPECTATIONS:
I bought these codes specifically to enable my employees to manage our multilingual content creation pipeline. I've been holding back from handing this product to my team because of the unresolved issues - I can't put a tool in their hands that doesn't work properly for our language requirements.

Main Issues:

1. NO ROADMAP TRANSPARENCY: The roadmap is never updated. I have no visibility into what's coming, when features will be released, or if my requests are even being considered. This makes it impossible to plan team workflows.

2. BROKEN PROMISE ON MULTIPLE SOCIAL ACCOUNTS: This feature was supposed to be included in my high package but it was never delivered despite being listed among upcoming features. My employees need to manage multiple social media accounts from a single tool - this is a critical gap.

3. CRITICAL VIDEO TRANSCRIPTION/TRANSLATION BUG: When I upload an Urdu video, the system generates transcripts and captions in Hindi instead of Urdu. I've requested language selection features dozens of times over 2 years, but nothing has been implemented. The video shorts generated are in the wrong language, making them completely unusable for my audience. This is a dealbreaker for multilingual content teams.

4. NO LANGUAGE SELECTION: There's still no way to manually select or correct the language for transcription and translation. For a team managing content in multiple languages (Urdu, Hindi, English), this is a showstopper.

5. PLATFORM BECOMING NON-USABLE: Over time, the platform has become increasingly unreliable and laggy. Performance issues make it unsuitable for daily team use.

6. REPEATED REQUESTS IGNORED FOR OVER 2 YEARS: I've emailed support multiple times requesting the same critical features - especially video transcription in correct language. Each time they say "we will do it" but nothing happens. Last week I emailed again after months of silence, and I'm still waiting for a response. This pattern of broken promises has destroyed my confidence in the team.

WHY I'M NOT GIVING THIS TO MY EMPLOYEES YET:
I'm still waiting for meaningful improvements before I hand this product to my team. I need:
- Language selection for transcription/translation to work properly
- Multiple social account management
- A transparent, updated roadmap showing when features will be delivered
- Reliable platform performance

The core issue is that while they say "we will do it," years have passed with no meaningful improvements or transparency. For a paid lifetime deal with a high tier package designed for team use, I expected regular feature updates, better support for multilingual content creation, and professional-grade reliability.

VERDICT:
If you're a solo creator with English-only content, this might work. But if you're a team managing multilingual content or need multiple social account management, be aware of these critical gaps. The transcription/translation features are buggy for non-English languages, language selection is missing, and the company's responsiveness to feature requests is extremely poor. I cannot recommend this to other agencies or teams until these core issues are resolved.

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you have experienced.
 We ran into issues with the product last year, with two of our main service providers shutting down unexpectedly, which caused the product to malfunction. We also lost a few key members of our development team. We have since rehired and now have a strong team dedicated to making the product world-class. In just a few short months, they have completely rebuilt the product from the ground up. We’ve also brought a lot of our service providers in-house, leading to a faster product that is less buggy.

We are making improvements to videos in other languages as we speak. We did release a way for you to select your language when you regenerate. I will make a note to our team to add the urdu language as an option by the end of this week it will be in the product.

Social media accounts wise you are able to connect multiple through your account. You are slated to up to 10 per platform. Please email me at [email protected] with your account email and I will adjust that if that is not the case.
Thank you for your suggestion about a public roadmap, we have taken this on board and one will be up in the next few days, it’s a great idea and will provide much more visibility to our customers.

Since we have rebuilt the product we have been shipping very fast and improving the product. We also constantly schedule calls with customers and I would love to schedule a call with you to gather more product feedback and share it with the team.

As mentioned the product is very reliable now. We are working to improve shorts generation for videos in other languages and within the month there will be major improvements to this. Again apologies for these issues. 2025 was hit with all kinds of challenges but we are in a prime position to make Taja one of the best content productivity platforms in the market.
