Disappointed and Surprised: Lifetime Plan Cancelled After 3 Months — Where is the Integrity?
I’m honestly surprised that AppSumo allows companies like Taja on their platform. I signed up the last time they were featured here, purchasing a lifetime plan. After just three months, they canceled my account, demanding an upgrade despite the lifetime plan I had already paid for.
As an AppSumo Plus member for years, I expected some level of protection or support from AppSumo, but I got none. This is extremely disappointing.
To the founder of Taja: restore my account immediately if you want me to update this review. Integrity is key.
