Had to refund this...
It just doesn't work with my long form video in my native language which is Vietnamese.
Asked them and they said they had no plan to integrate some languages into the system in near future.
I bought max tier.Liked the app but it's just not for me. Would suggest everybody to test first with the long form videos in your native language before buying. (It would not process the video)
