How is This Thing Still Even Accepting Users Online?

I've contacted Appsumo customer service, and I hope they do the right thing, because they are giving me boilerplate responses about a Taja refund. This software barely worked for the 3 months I started with it and it went downhill fast. There is just issue after issue and they pretend like "it's OK", and it is NOT!

Big waste of Time and Money, nothing works. (Maybe it did for when they launched here, but nothing since then!)

Call your credit card company!

RESPONSE TO THIS GUY'S RESPONSE: This IS NOT just one issue. Your entire platform is broken. Everything from trying to connect accounts (especially Youtube) to trying to actually post content and have it do what it's supposed to do. I have waited months for you to fix stuff. Just give up and give everyone their money back!

Thanks for the review. We really appreciate it and apologize for the inconvenience. One of our service providers abruptly sunset their API which is affecting user experience or . We are working on bringing this in house and it is taking time as this is a big project. We expect this to be resolved by Tuesday and your videos to be able to optimize/generate shorts without interruption. We appreciate your patience during this time.
