I have used Taja.ai since its early release and bought the lifetime deal in 2024. For years, it worked well for my gaming content, and I recommended it to friends. Before, Taja could generate titles and descriptions for my gameplay videos without spoken commentary. Now it requires a transcript. I have cerebral palsy and cannot speak, so my gameplay videos do not have spoken commentary. Support told me their system “does not work well for gameplay” and needs a transcript. This is not fair to me as a long-time customer, especially because it worked before. I should not lose core features simply because I cannot provide spoken audio. Taja could offer a no-commentary mode, manual text input, game metadata, or written context instead. I really hope they bring back support for gameplay videos like before.
