Love the new features, but completely blocked from publishing + incorrect upgrade prompts!

Hi Ibrahim and the TAJA team,

I purchased the Unlimited tier via AppSumo in February 2025. I have to say, the application has become much stronger and stronger over time. The new add-ons like Shorts thumbnails and B-roll generation are fantastic!

However, I am facing critical issues that are blocking my entire workflow and need urgent resolution:

1. Incorrect Upgrade Prompt (AppSumo Plan Issue)
Even though I'm on the Unlimited AppSumo plan, I keep getting a pop-up preventing me from creating more content:

"Generating more than 10 shorts and 4 thumbnails is a Professional feature. Upgrade or top up to continue. Upgrade to Professional $49/month"

This feature should be included in my plan. I shouldn't be asked to upgrade to Professional just to generate thumbnails or more shorts.

2. Inconsistent Publishing (Ongoing Issue)
Even before my current problem, publishing has been very hit-or-miss. It usually works for YouTube and LinkedIn, but frequently fails for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

For Meta specifically, the interface says: "Meta cross-posting may cause duplicates... Disable cross-posting in Meta Accounts Center." I followed these instructions and disabled cross-posting in my Meta Accounts Center, yet my Shorts still constantly fail to publish to Instagram and Facebook.

3. Completely Locked Out (Since Early May)
Now the situation is critical. Since the beginning of May, I haven't been able to publish shorts at all. On every single platform simultaneously (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), I get this error:

" Payment required. Please update your payment method to continue using Late."

Since I am on the AppSumo Unlimited plan, I shouldn't be getting prompted for payment to publish. I haven't changed anything in my account or payment details.

I've emailed support directly about the Meta failures and this new payment error (most recently on May 20th), but nothing has been resolved and my workflow is frozen.

Could you please investigate my account urgently and fix these billing and publishing errors? I really want to continue using TAJA because the AI is great, but I need my account to work properly.
