Worked great for a while, but not anymore
I bought Taja a while back and the software was initially great—it did everything I wanted and more. At the start of this year, I spent two days scheduling out my reels for the entire year. Then, in February, they rolled out a massive system update and everything broke. My reels completely stopped publishing.
While their customer service used to be excellent, it has now been months without a resolution. Worse yet, they have completely ghosted me; I haven't received a reply to my support tickets in over a month. Not only are my posts not going out, but I can no longer access my content at all. I'm terrified that all of my hard work is completely lost. I am deeply disappointed in this service and their complete inability to resolve a severe, system-breaking problem that they created.
